Shipping Details

Deliveries are scheduled based on the current delivery schedule provided by our third-party delivery company. 

We offer a white glove delivery service for orders anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. In-home delivery is REQUIRED for this piece due to assembly by our trained delivery team. Our delivery team will place your piece(s) in the desired location and remove all packaging material.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do the headboard customizations mean?

Self Welt: Piping fabric is the same color as the main headboard fabric

Contrast Piping: Piping fabric is a different color than the main headboard fabric

Ribbon Trim/Nailheads: Instead of fabric piping, there will be ribbon with nailheads (see Georgia headboard for example)

Tufting: The headboard fabric is pulled inward and secured with a button, creating a dimpled pattern (see Tennessee headboard for example)

Can I use my own fabric (COM)?

How can I order samples?

Absolutely! If you are local, we have a fabric library in-store that you can browse through. Just be sure to call (214) 577-4077 or email shop@madredallas.com to set an appointment.
