Shipping policy

Each Madre piece is made to order with care in Texas! Custom pieces typically take 8–12 weeks for production and up to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.

We proudly offer white glove delivery across the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Our delivery team will place your piece in the desired location, assemble it if needed, remove all packaging, and ensure everything looks beautiful before they leave. It is always recommended that Madre deliver directly to the final destination as our delivery team is trained to assemble our furniture pieces and can make adjustments on-site. 

Madre accessories and gifts ship via UPS Ground Delivery. Order fulfillment typically takes 1-2 business days if the item is in stock at our Dallas store. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, once shipped. 

Madre samples ship via USPS First Class and typically arrive within 7-10 business days of order receipt. This shipping method does not include tracking.
